Hamid Hajian is the Founder and CEO of Zebel, a cloud-based preconstruction platform designed to replace spreadsheet chaos with modern estimating intelligence. A civil engineer and former preconstruction manager with 15 years of industry experience, Hamid practically grew up on jobsites learning the trade in his family's real estate development business. His career spans retail, infrastructure, and massive multifamily developments, previously managing preconstruction at Western National Group and leading technology adoption at EnTech Engineering in New York City.
Tired of hitting technical ceilings with complex spreadsheets, Hamid bootstrapped Zebel from the ground up as an immigrant entrepreneur with backing from friends, family, and active customers. Today, Zebel serves leading general contractors and developers across North America centralizing historical project data and using AI-guided oversight to catch scope gaps before bid day.
Hamid holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Shiraz University, a Master of Science in Construction Management and an Engineer degree in Construction Information Technology from the University of Southern California (USC), and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
